Ashley Benson is an American actress and model known for playing the role as Hanna Marin in TV series Preety Little Liars. Ashley was born on December 18, 1989 in Anaheim Hills, California as a daughter to Shannon and Jeff Benson. She also has one older sister, Shay Lene who was cheerleader for LA Lakers.
Benson started her acting career in 1999 appearing in number of commercials but she then converted commercials acting to television acting in short period of time when she was cast in NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives. After then she appeared in number of TV shows as a guest star including 7th Heaven, Zoey 101, The O.C., CSI: Miami and Supernatural. After playing series of guest roles, she landed a major role as Hanna Marin in drama series Pretty Little Liars.
